By accessing and using Qubico.ai ("Service"), operated by Interastral Peace Limited, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service provided by Interastral Peace Limited.

Interastral Peace Limited is the legal entity responsible for operating Qubico.ai and providing the AI inference services described in these terms.

Qubico.ai provides:

• AI model inference services through API endpoints
• Web-based playground for testing AI models
• Account management and usage analytics
• Customer support and documentation

To access certain features, you must:

• Create an account with accurate, complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

You agree not to use our service to:

• Generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute spam, malware, or harmful code
• Abuse or overload our systems
• Attempt to reverse engineer our models
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Engage in any form of harassment or abuse

Our service may generate content that could be considered Not Safe For Work (NSFW) or adult-oriented. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• You understand that AI-generated content may include mature themes, adult content, or NSFW material
• You will not use our service to generate illegal content, including but not limited to child exploitation material
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws and regulations
• We do not endorse, approve, or take responsibility for any NSFW content generated through our service
• You will use appropriate discretion when accessing our service in workplace or public environments
• We reserve the right to implement content filtering and safety measures at our discretion

Disclaimer: Qubico.ai cannot guarantee the appropriateness of all generated content. Users assume full responsibility for reviewing and determining the suitability of generated content for their intended use.

For paid services:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• All fees are charged in US Dollars unless otherwise specified
• Usage-based billing is calculated monthly in arrears
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Price changes will be communicated with 30 days notice

We strive to maintain high service availability, but:

• Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service
• Response times may vary based on model complexity and demand
• We reserve the right to impose rate limits and usage quotas
• Service levels may differ between free and paid tiers

• Your Content: You retain ownership of content you input to our service
• Generated Content: You own the output generated by our models based on your inputs
• Our IP: We retain all rights to our models, algorithms, and platform technology
• License: You grant us a license to process your content to provide the service
• Restrictions: You may not claim ownership of our underlying AI models or technology

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qubico.ai shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Content generated by AI models
• Actions taken based on AI-generated content
• Third-party integrations or services

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• By You: At any time by discontinuing use and deleting your account
• By Us: Immediately for violation of these terms
• Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately
• Data Retention: We may retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy
• Outstanding Charges: You remain responsible for any unpaid fees

We reserve the right to modify these terms:

• Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date
• Material changes will be communicated via email
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms
• You may terminate your account if you disagree with changes
