  • Service Outages: Extended downtime preventing service usage
  • Technical Issues: Platform bugs preventing successful API calls
  • Billing Errors: Incorrect charges or duplicate transactions
  • Accidental Purchases: Unintended credit purchases (within 24 hours)
  • Service Outages Only: Unused credits may be eligible for refunds only during extended service outages that prevent service usage
  • Account Closure: Account terminated due to our error

Not Eligible for Refunds

  • Used Credits: API calls successfully processed and completed
  • Content Quality: Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs
  • Policy Violations: Account suspended for terms violations
  • Change of Mind: No longer needing the service (after 24 hours)
  • Unused Credits: Credits purchased but not used under normal circumstances - please estimate your usage carefully before purchasing
  • Third-party Issues: Problems with your own applications or integrations
  • Expired Requests: Refund requests made after 30 days

Important Information

Credit System

Qubico.ai operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you make successful API calls to our AI models. Once credits are used for successful API requests, they cannot be refunded as you have received the intended service.

Important: Unused credits are generally non-refundable. Please carefully estimate your usage before purchasing credits to avoid purchasing more than you need. We recommend starting with smaller credit packages and adding more as needed.

Coming Soon: We're developing an auto top-up feature that will allow you to set automatic recharge thresholds, helping you manage your credit balance more effectively without over-purchasing.

Partial Refunds

In cases of service issues, we may offer partial refunds based on the extent of the problem and the amount of service disruption experienced.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times vary by payment provider.
